Valentine Dance

One of my Laurels, (the one in the gray sweatshirt) planned and carried out this combined ward (late) Valentines dance for her Young Womens Laurel Project. It was really fun. We had a kid from our ward who is now at BYUI come and teach the Cha Cha.

Mike and Kathy came for the weekend for their Anniversay and we had such a good time, but it got cut short because their son and daughter in law Jeanie had their baby Sunday. Sorry No pictures again!

Valentines Day

We had so much fun on Valentines day. Clinton and his buddy had dates at our house and we ordered them heart shaped pizza's. They ate it down stairs, played games and rock band. Harold and I had lobster and crab legs upstairs and he had a fun surprise, the Bishop from the other ward that shares our building with us , made us Jumbalia. They are from Lousianna. MMMMMMM it was so good. Can't wait till next Valentines Day now!!!

Can you guess who these two goobers are? I just wanted to blog this picture because I think it is hysterical! It is Clinton and Josh last year at EFY. What two teenage boys can't find to do in their spare time! What the heck were they doing with these things packed in their suitcases is way!!!!!! beyond my thinking. I guess they were anticipating some down time and "Gee Clinton, what can we bring that would be fun to play with after we get our Spiritual Filling during the day"? I can't wait to see what they take pictures of this coming summer. Don't be surprised, I never am with Clinton!!!!

My Red Nose

This is my sore nose today. Funny story. So Robin has to bring her dog to work today,( I have teased her about it being National Bring your Dog to Work Day) because she was having some work done on her house and she thought the dog would tear the workers apart. I started sniffeling when he came in and every time he comes by me and I have blown my nose so much today, it HURTS. Its. almost 3:00 she just left to take him home and I am sneezing and sniffeling. ThANks RobiN, you know I love you!!!!

My goal

My new goal that I am not really that serious about is to put something new on my blog at least every other day. Ya, uh, we will see how that goes.

The house smells much better

I thought it would take longer but the burned soup smell is finally going away. I still need to change out the furnice filters. I think that is where most of the smell is coming from now. About the only time I do smell it is when the heat turns on.

NOTE: don't leave anything cooking on the stove and leave the house,,,,,,,,,even when there is a sick child at home who should have checked on the scent a little sooner.
