Alli's FIRST birthday

Our little Alli is ONE now! She is such a BEAUTIFUL little girl. We got her a cake and we got to share her birthday with all the Green, the Jacobson's and Curtis and Jack.
I also get the privelege of taking Aubries kids for her when she and Brian go to N. Carolina for a visit with Brians brother before he is deployed to Afghanistan again. Hope they have a great time. I know I will with her boys! She might take Alli with them.

Visit from the Jones'

Mike and Vicky's friend in Challis lost their son in an auto accident so they braved the winter roads and came for the funeral, leaving mom Jones with us. THey got here about 9:00 Friday night (the 17th) Then Saturday morning early they took off to Challis and stayed till Tuesday afternoon. Karon also came on Saturday to stay with her mom. They all left yesterday morning ( 1/22). I hope they all don't get the flu!!!

Sick of being SICK

Oh my goodness! It seems like I have been nothing but sick since the first of the year. I started getting sick right off and tried to ward it off, it worked for a while. I got vertigo received 2 bottles of IV fluid and some medicine and missed 2 days of work, Jes had to take me to the Dr. Then I got a severe sinus infection, eye infection and strep. Knocked me on my bum for about 10 days, missed and entire week of work. Then I got what I thought was food poisoning, but seems everyone is getting it so now I think it was Stomach FLU! Very painful crampage!!!!! OH MY! Sick of being SICK!!!!!

New Year New Changes

January is now half way over. I wanted to post some big changes in our lives. I was released from teaching RS and my new calling is SUNBEAM teacher. I am having a ball with those little kiddos. Lexie and Jack are both in the class with me which is a little challenging at times but we handle it.
The next big thing is that our ward boundaries are changed. A new ward was created in our stake (very exciting) and so we lost a few families to the new Rudy Ward and gained a few from the Perry Ward, we are also getting a new bishopric this coming SUnday!!!!!!! . AND ....... we are now to meet at the STAKE CENTER. Its pretty cool. I am very excited about the changes and look forward to seeing old friends from 1st and 2nd ward, which we have lived in both of those wards!!!!!!

KayLyn's Pillowcase

For one of KayLyn's Acheivement Day projects I helped her make a pillowcase. She was pretty excited!! She is such an adoreable little pumpkin!!! I love her so much. I hope to be able to spend lots and lots of moments like this with her!!!

Nice Visit With Mom and Dad

Harold and I went to mom and dad over the weekend for the Straw Pole. I got one of my tummy problems and had to stay with mom and dad (OH DARN) Harold enjoyed the straw pole in Boise and Saturday he was invited to go to the meetings so he picked up Karon and she went with him and then they came back abour 3 and Mom and I had dinner going. We had brought a prime rib and shrimp crab. It was Yummy!!!!
We had a great time!

Going to visit mom and dad today

Harold and I are headed to Middleton. We were going to take Jack but we thought it would be nice to get away alone and Mom sounded pretty tired the other day when I spoke with her so I decided to leave him and let his dad figure it out. I hate leaving home, I am such a home body anymore. I guess getting older does that to me. The apple didn't fall far from the tree here! HAHA
Still looking forward to spending time with mom and dad tho!

Facebook is so much fun. I was on Clintons one day and he posted this:

Happy New Year

Good bye 2011 and Hello 2012.
Got to spend such a fun night with Aubrie and the family for her New Years/ Birthday party. We have had a "crab and shrimp night" to celebrate her birthday for a really LONG time now!! Clinton came home for the weekend and brought his little girlfriend Rachel with him. We had a great time! Spent all day Saturday doing a STAR WARS marathon. Rachel had never seen them before! That was really fun!!!!
Sunday was my first day with my new little Sunbeam Class. Jack and Lexie are both in there and it was quite a challenge but they were pretty good. About 20 minutes before class was over Jack stands up and says "Grandma, I am done, lets go." I told him we weren't quite done yet and he says, "no seriously, I'm done". SO FUNNY
