COVID 19 hits

Well here is the post that I really want to forget but the one that changes the rest of 2020 for everyone. I am sure I do not have to explain what Covid is to anyone because I am positive its something that will be talked about and remembered for a long long time to come.  It will go down in History because of the Pandemic status it is given.  Everything pretty much came to a standstill for 2 weeks.  It was almost eerie to even to to town and the whole feeling for those first few weeks while we were learning to live with and move through it started to sink in.  For Harold and I nothing changed too much as everyone still bought groceries, so business as usual for Harold.    WE began to hear about this Covid 19 thing coming out of China and soon how it was spreading worldwide.  Fear drove lots of emotions and actions.  Church was cancelled and we went to Zoom meetings, masks were being seen on people and then mandated for everyone as the numbers climbed.  We were and still are just tired of it all and over being ready to just be able to live our lives!  Its still an issue at the time of this posting (2-20-21 because I am always late getting my blog book published! :)  )

Matchie Matchie

I love Ward Council!  Its such a highlight to my week and I love these 2 sisters!  Sister Looslie on the left and Sister Henderson on the right.  Once in a while 2 of us match but today was so funny!  We all matched and then John walks in with his orange tie!

Eagles

One of my favorite things to see is an Eagle!  Once in a while we'll see them on the farm !  We were on our way to Afton and this one was sitting there next to the river just below the dam.  Such a magnificent and majestic bird!!!!
