I got on my facebook this morning and there was a message from Clinton. Here is what is said:



Mother by Clinton Jones

From the day I open’d my eyes
You were there for me
To impart to me your care
To teach me truth from lies

I came to you from above
And from the very moment of my birth
You taught me about heaven and earth
And you gave me all your love

In all the things that I have done
And with ev’ry thing I tried
You were always there at my side
Saying finish what you’ve begun

You taught me to love true
And when I look for a wife
To look for one for this life,
And eternity through and through

If the choice were mine t’would be no other
To care for me
To lift me up
Someone to call Mother.

I love that boy!
