Fun at the cabin

We had such a great time with mom and dad at the cabin a couple of weeks ago. We got there Friday night about 9. We ate SO good all week, played cards, backwards 8, laughed, watched movies, gave Big Grandma a pedicure, and just relaxed. It was SOOOOOO much fun. We left for moms house on Monday, Dad had a Dr appt Tuesday, Procedure on Wednesday, and then back to the cabin Wed. night and then Thursday dads incision opened up and they headed back to the hospital and Jes and I packed up and came home. Even with the trip cut short, we had such a good time. WE ALWAYS DO WITH GRANDPA!
We even got him in on the HEADBANZ game, mom too.
Grandpa took the girls fishing, so me and mom drove over, (she doesn't like to stay as long as dad does). I got some amazing pictures.

My New Office

We finally found our perfect spot for our office. We had our open house last Friday and I got a wonderful delivery from my mom, a beautiful plant. THANKS MOM

4th of July 2011

We had a Great 4th. Mike and Kathy came to see Jon, so they all crashed at our house for the weekend. They got here Saturday morning. We ate like kings, played lots of cards, watched movies, shopped, ate, changed water for Harold, and had a family get to gether on the 4th for dinner and a WATER FIGHT. (NO SHOCKER THERE......MIKE IS HERE!) Then Tuesday morning they went back home. We had 4 days of fun, fun, fun! Always love having them here!
Sunday we went over Aub's house and Blessed Alli. I love my family, they are all such wonderful people.
Clinty came home on Friday, it was so nice to have him home for the weekend, but he had to leave Sunday afternoon, he was on call for his new job at Aeropostle in Logan and had to get back. We missed him Monday.

SLC trip

We decided to head to Logan, cuz we was missin our CLINNY!!!! So we took off Friday afternoon. Got to Logan in time to take Clinton to the DR. Went to dinner at a BBQ place and got Aggie Ice Cream. Checked into the room and took Clinton back home. We picked him up Saturday morning and headed to the Book of Mormon Exhibit at the Church History museum. Went to lunch at CHEESECAKE FACTORY and went to the Desert Star Theater. The show was Goldilocks and the Three Amigo's.

Robins Birthday

BUSY BUSY

Wow, I didn't realize that its been so long since my last post. I have been SO BUSY

Clinton came home for Memorial Day weekend and ended up spending the whole week.. He and AUbrie and I went to see the latest Pirates movie and got frozen yogurt... He played with the grandkiddies and Jack and Jes's kids were SO happy to have him home.
Mom and dad came to spend a couple of days with me to celebrate their 69th wedding anniversary! We made them a prime rib dinner and had SUCH a great time playing cards. We always love having them at our house!!! THey are such wonderful people.
Jack broke his arm last Friday.. We just got his real cast on yesterday.. Little trooper! He is such a sweet little boy.
Jes and I are going to take her kids to go get Clinton and go to SLC next week.
I hear there is a Childrens BOM exhibit at the church history museum and then probably take them to Hogal Zoo.
Harold's crop is doing fantastic. It is really pretty.
The snow pack in the mountains is over 200 percent so they have been letting out so much water out of Palisades and Ririe, the threat of flood has been a little scary!
We have just been plugging away keeping busy, very busy.

Since its Mothers Day weekend...... I thought I would honor my momma!
She gave birth to me nearly 50 years ago! She wasn't supposed to have any children because of health problems, her Dr. told her she would never have children......BUt she felt that her calling was to be a MOTHER and so against the odds..... she had 5 children.... Michael Lynn her first baby was stillborn. A very difficult thing for my mom to bear but the greatest blessing because her trial brought her to the gospel. She went on to have 4 more.... Michael Ray my oldest brother, David Wayne, and Daniel Lynn.....then me of course. She was the glue that held our family tight through our growing up years. She taught me through her example how to be a mother! She is a Saint! She is such a kind, thoughtful, elect lady! I love her with all my heart! I hope I might be like her someday!
